Copyright:

All photos belong solely to All-Star-Photos.  Images may not be copied, downloaded, or used in any way without the expressed written permission of All-Star-Photos.  All prints sold may not be copied, digitally scanned, duplicated, altered in part or whole by any means.  Electronic or Digital Images provided on a CD or purchased online and subsequently downloaded are provided with a limited copyright release.  The purchaser of the digital file may use the image for personal use. The image may not be used for commercial purposes, may not be sold or licensed. All-Star-Photos retains full copyright and in turn has unlimited and unrestricted rights of use. 

Release:

Your order constitutes an agreement with All-Star-Photos in which you grant All-Star-Photos the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.

Delivery Information:

Orders are processed typically within 10 business days. On Average, orders are shipped within 21 business days. Return/Refund Policy:

Your Complete satisfaction with your purchase is not just a goal, but rather it is our policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) for a full refund.  Please contact us to let us know if you are not satisfied and we will process your return.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returned Check Fee:

Returned Checks will be assessed a fee of $25.00
